“I really looked forward to the circuit training classes because each exercise seemed achievable for the 30 or 40 seconds of doing them, before moving on to the next exercise. If you didn’t like one it was only a short time to pass on to the next one. At the end you felt totally exhilarated and totally exhausted at the same time! Also the thought that afterwards we could sit and become completely relaxed during the hypnosis session and gradually learn to turn down the desire to over eat was very motivating. I noticed that I was able to to resist having a second portion or over eating. At the end of the 8 weeks I had lost weight, lost body fat and felt great. I like it so much that I plan to do the class again in the New Year!”
